- Children under 7 years old are not allowed to swim with dolphins
- Children aged 7–9 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool (the accompanying adult must also purchase a dolphin swimming ticket)
- Professional photographers will take photos during the session; personal photography is not allowed in the pool
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in dolphin swimming
- Guests with Down syndrome or autism are not permitted to join the dolphin swimming activity
- The swimming pool depth is approximately 6 meters
